Pre-shaded on rich red velvet to make painting easier.
Comes complete with circular hoop for hanging.

Requires colours 1, 3, 73, Silver Glitter & Gold Glitter paints.

Paint velvet with blotter underneath and when dry - stretch fabric over wall-hanging hoop provided.
Trim excess material with scissors for a neat finish and then hang.
