Returns and Refunds The Hobbytex Guarantee We guarantee all our products to be defect and fault free for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any defective products need to be returned to us at your own cost and we will replace the product at no cost to you. Hobbytex Peace of Mind Policy You can return any item you purchased from us that is unused, undamaged and unopened within 21 days of the date of purchase at your own cost for a full refund if you change your mind.
